Like in the previous technique your opponent sits up from Butterfly Guard and tries to sweep you. If you can’t post your hand on the mat instead post your head. With your head posted on the mat switch your hips to clear the butterfly hook and then bring your hips to the floor. Once you land your hips on the mat switch your hips and grab around your opponents neck. Switch your hips again and use your other hand to block your opponents hips then switch your hips again to establish side control.
