Starting inside your opponents Butterfly Guard with them flat on their back and you controlling their lapels. When they sit up stand up and pinch your knee’s together as you pull them to you with your grips on the lapels. Use your elbow to push their knee’s to the side and walk to that side. Push their shoulder with your top arm and bring your bottom arm over your opponents thigh. Circle your foot outside and place it behind their ankle. Start walking towards the head until you can grab around your opponents head. Once you control their head keep pull them to you and keep walking to the side until you can establish side control.
