From the Double Unders position with your opponent controlling your lapel or belt control your opponents sleeve with one hand and use your other hand to grab your opponents gi behind their back. When your opponent tries to stack you release your sleeve grip and come up onto your elbow. Use your lapel grip to pull them to you and use your hips to push them over and come on top. Once you come to the top use your hand that was controlling the sleeve to block your opponents hips, bring your leg back, and grab around the head to establish side control.
