Begin the Double Leg by bringing one of your knees to the mat and stepping the other leg forward as you control your opponents legs. When your opponent sprawls place your hand on the side you have your leg up on the ground and switch your legs as you grab around your opponents waist with the other arm. Sit back and pull your opponent to you to land in the Butterfly Guard. When your opponent releases their arm from your neck control it to finish this drill.
