To leg drag, put your opponents leg between your legs. As your opponent attempts to take their leg out, deflect to the side and cross their leg. Your opponent will throw their leg over. Catch their leg and push the leg that was dragged to the mat. As soon as you pin your opponents leg down, they know you can pass through the back door so they will bring their leg back. You will pass through the front door and attempt to go to north south. Before that happens, your opponent will turn into you to try to recover. Push into your opponent. When they push back, grab around their hip, post your hand on the mat, and you already have the bottom hook. Scoot back and pull your opponent into you. Get the seatbelt, lock your legs over the hip, bridge and insert the top hook to establish back control.
