From the Mount position begin by inserting one of your hands deep in your opponents collar. When your opponent grabs your arm to defend use your hand to force their arm across and place your chest on the arm to keep it in place as you slide your knee up. When your opponent turns into you attack the choke by either inserting your other hand into the collar thumb in or grabbing the gi material on your opponents back. Finish the choke by sliding your knee back as you bring your head to the mat and squeeze your arms. If your opponent doesn’t tap before your head hits the mat bring your knee’s and hips up so you can’t be rolled and continue to squeeze until you get the tap.
