From Mount put one of your hands into your opponents collar to begin attacking the cross choke. When your opponent uses their arm to block the choke use your chest to put pressure on the arm and cup their elbow with your hand. Push the elbow to the side and slide your knee up towards their head. If your opponent defends the cross choke to pull their far elbow up and bring your calf under the armpit. Release your grip on the far elbow and control the wrist/arm on the side you want to Armbar. Lean all your weight forward and throw your leg over the head for the arm bar. Release your grip of the collar and reinforce your grip to finish the armbar
