From Spider Guard break your opponents grip and move your hips to insert the De La Riva hook. Switch your grip from your opponents far sleeve to the near collar and put your outside foot on your opponents hip. Pull your opponent to you and push them away with your legs to create room to attack the Omoplata. Once you lock up the Omoplata release your opponents sleeve and grab their pants. As your opponent tries to jump over you to counter the Omoplata use your pants grip to follow them and come to the top. If your opponent keeps turning scoot your hips out to flatten them in the Omoplata and then lock your legs. Finish your opponent by grabbing the far shoulder and bending your legs and driving your knee to your opponents head.
