An attacker will attempt a double nelson by placing their arms under yours and interlocking their fingers behind your head. As soon as they place their arms under yours, pinch your elbows to your ribs, and grab your ten fingers or the gable grip. Squeeze your arms to prevent the attacker from raising their arms. Pick one side and put your leg behind the attackers legs. Let go of your grips, grab the attackers legs and throw them over your back. Keep a hold of the attackers wrist, face them, grab around the neck, and establish side control.
