When playing open guard, your opponent gets the double underhook. First, insert your arm under their arm and grab your opponents shoulder. Push their head to the side with your free hand, and step your leg over their neck. This will prevent your opponent from posturing up. Next, extend your right leg. Your arm goes to your opponents elbow. Clasp your hands palm up and palm down, step on your opponents hip. Break your opponents grip and pull their arm to your chest. Slightly shrimp out while putting pressure on the elbow making sure that your opponents palm faces the ceiling. Your opponent will tap to the pressure on their shoulder and elbow.
