Beginning in Side Control switch your hips and open your opponents lapel, feeding it over the arm and passing the lapel to your other hand. Next clear the inside arm by pushing your opponents legs to the side and walk towards his hips and then walking back to the head clearing his arm. Once you have established the position lean your weight forward and bring your top leg under the back. Throw your bottom leg over your opponent and under his head and grab your shin. Slide yourself forward as you bring your hand from your shin to their arm to finish the Armbar.
If your opponent defends the Armbar by turning into you, keep holding your shin and follow him down. Lock your legs in the Triangle position and then finish by lifting your legs so you can push their arm across and then grabbing around your leg and his head and your leg so you can squeeze to finish the Triangle.
