From Side Control wrap your lapel around your opponents neck grabbing the lapel with your top hand palm down. Next take your free arm and control your opponents far hip. Then take your lower knee of the mat and come up to Knee on Belly. Take your hand and grab your opponents lapel palm up to make the “Baseball Bat” grip. When your opponent tries to remove your knee from their stomach clear their arm with your knee. Drop your shoulder onto their chest as you walk around the head. Squeeze to finish the choke.
