From the Far Arm Sit Up Guard your opponent will sometimes try to clear the leg from their hip and put your leg in the middle. When they do you want to use the momentum to insert that leg as a hook, but sometimes your opponent will put you flat on your back.

As your opponent tries to posture up and tries to break your sleeve grip use your free knee to kick your opponent forward, forcing them to post their hand on the mat. Next take your hand from the collar and grab the sleeve on the same side you’re controlling. To take your opponents back sit up to your elbow and insert the bottom hook, then scoot your hips back forcing your opponent into your lap, finally insert the seatbelt and top hook to finish taking the back.
