To mount, get the gable grip and pull your opponents head to you. Place your knee on the hip and slide the knee to the mat. Open your opponents arm and mount. Post your hand on the mat. Isolate your opponents arm by moving to the side and blocking their arm with your knee. Push your opponents wrist to the mat. When your opponent pushes back, force the arm to their chest and lift their head off the mat. Step your leg over. At this point you can let go of the opponents arm. Grab your shin and post your elbow on the mat. Place your shin over your opponents face and finish with a straight arm bar.
