If your opponent defends the Single Leg from the previous technique 2 options to finish the takedown
1) Bring the leg that you had stepped back forward to reset then step the other leg back and pivot to take your opponent down. Land with one knee in the middle and slide your hand down the lapel so your elbow can control the hips.
2) If your opponent defends that option step your inside leg forward and step the other leg out and pivot like in the previous technique but this time take his leg out from between yours and bring your foot behind your opponents to trip them for the takedown. As you take your opponent down step your other leg back so you land with one leg in the middle and not closed guard.
