When your opponent grabs and locks both arms around your waist, place your hands on their hips and move back to break their grip. Move to the side. Place your top arm around their shoulder. Place your head next to their head. Grab their triceps with your other arm. Square your hips with their hips. Pick them up and throw them. Pull your partner up to help break their fall. Grab around the neck and isolate the hip to establish side control.
